I want tags like those! That would freakin rule!

What group was it that had that on their album cover? Eat me!

Gotta love Southpark! Had a retarded cat once named Timmy. Of course, he went with the ex-wife...

The Indiana DMV has a site where you can try different plates and it will tell you immediately if it is available. Everything I tried was already taken, but I kept trying.

Finally I just typed in Bel Air thinking surely it was long gone.

    Nope, it is mine!

  4. What do you tell DMV it means when they ask on the application? Years ago I had personal plates, but DMV wanted to know the meaning before approval

Some guy passed me on the highway with a plate that read IH8MYX. A little harsh but pretty damn funny.

Assuming it's real, it's hard to believe NY made this one. Most states would have balked at something considered racist:

It's hard to believe how some plates slip through without anyone knowing what they mean..
Before i got the EVIL 32 one for my car, i tried to get HELLBENT or ANYTHING that would 'spell/sound like that' and no way would they let it through...no matter how i spelled it.
    It was too "offensive", period..

The TIMMAY one is funny as hell..especially being a handicapped plate....
The NIGGA PLZ, although it look's VERY authentic right down to the envalope they send them to us in, i just can't believe it would be issued....
But, i guess anything could happen..

I've seen a couple other's i thought were cool around here too. One was RMBLGUTS..on a 68 Biscayne street/drag car, and UDLOSE on a hot late model Mustang.. Saw a new ZO6 a few week's back that had 'USA 427', thought that was kinda cool too..
My buddy has 'RAT ROD' on his 34 5 window..OMG!! haha :)

    My shop truck has "GRILLES"
MY '63 Cushman Super Silver Eagle has "63 SSE"
My father had a '33 Ford that had "HOT RQD" in the late 80's
Mom's car has "1N DEBT" it was on the first new car she and dad bought, funny part was the DMV sent out IN DEBT and didn't replace the plate until PA redid all their plates a few years back.

My wife had "GINGER" , her name. She dropped it because everyone kept seeing her car at the mall. About 2-3 years later we started getting parking tickets from Philly, apparently someone had G1NGER and the meter maid couldn't distinguish the difference between an I and a 1.

A guy I went to school with married a girl named Jane. You guessed it, her plate...U TARZAN

You just have to be creative.I explained my Big Dangler plate as Be Good n' Glare...

My Balls Deep, was explained as a mythical game character Blaze Deep.

    It's all about a believable lie ;)

Word has it that in Washington state the guys who make the plates in Walla Walla have quite a collection of plates on the wall of the work area that didn't pass censorship.

    One of the warrant service guys in a local municipality has;
    RUWANTED
    One of our dispatchers has:
NOJCODES-J codes are previous LEO contacts; J-1, Murder; J-2, Rape and
so forth in decending severity of crime.
There are a bunch of Signal plates. Signal codes are LEO advisories.
    Signal 1-armed and dangerous
    Signal 2-resists arrest
Siganl 3-nuckin futs I mean mental
    Signal 4-suicidal tendencies
    Signal 5-known offender
There is an gruff ole sarge with:
    RUFNRDY

In Kansas each county can assign a vanity plate. There could be 105 of the same plate the only difference is the county issue.

Guess where I got my HAMB screen name? :D

I saw a plate on the road about 15 years that was "TIHS HA". No joke! It was easy to read in the rear view mirror.

That reminds me of a couple here in So.Cal.

A woman in her late 30's was driving a small convertible with the plates KY GIRL.
I'm sure she was from Kentucky. ;)

Another was a guy that had GM HEAD on his early 80's El Camino.

  26. Back in my stoner VW days a buddy had LTSBRN1 on his bus. I always wanted CANABUS for my bus but could never think of a way to explain it to DMV and thought it would just get me in more trouble than I was already getting :)
