very cool. cant wait to see movie. you do nice work.
looks a lot better than the ones i've seen. keep it up!
let me borrow your camera then, i took em all with my 5 year old phone
Wish i knew how to post pics but i built my own too using scrap metal. Mines based VAGUELLY on a 34 ford but i used a 38 truck cowl and doors just to be different.
If you built a car, you can figure out how to post pics of it. I would like to see this car.
slug mail em to me i want to see it
Freakin awesome! Any updates yet ? I wana see this, it looks boss!
No, you can't do that...That obviously can't be done.... You shouldn't even try it...
i just updated it. i just re edit my first post isn't that what im supposed to do ?
just keep adding to this thread is all, great work, the know it all's at the shows will have a stroke trying to figure this one out, it's get called 20 different cars
doin a little painting trying out colors and some frame changes lately. how dose that green look on the body?
you asked about the green? cant tell, but the flattie looks good. that brown and black works well.
keep it up...
well; that is truly awe inspiring, and INSPIRING in itself. you wanna spell it "cal" you go right ahead and do it. i've seen restorers fab up patches and stuff but RARELY a whole body from scratch, in steel, by hand....
now GET BACK TO WORK and finish it! we want more!
and when yer done i got a concept in mind for a shoebox coupe....
wow great work. Keep the pictures coming
what do u have in mind for the shoebox?
Now that's motivational. Keep updating this, I wanna see how it turns out.
I second Gigantor! Well, except for the testicle part! I sure would like to have new doors for my A. Definitely get a tech post going to keep us updated. Great job so far.
ok ill see what i can do, first i need to get a new camera
i borrowed a nice camera so you's can have some quality pictures. hears the progress of the last 2 days moved the engine up , moved the rear wishbones on the inside of the frame. the last few days i got a lot of work done and a lot of headaches too, i work out of a friends garage and their son is a heron addict or whatever he can get his hands on. so i have to deal with him breaking my stuff, breakin my tools , selling my tools breakin my parts. the other day he crashed a three wheeler into my frame! and i cant hit the kid because i dont want to get kicked out of the garage, so pretty soon i have to pack my shit n get out of there. any ideas on how i should get him back?
im gonna try to go balls to the wall this weekend and finish the body. i had to take a little break today because the last couple days i almost fell asleep on the turnpike driving home from work cause ive been working almost 18 hours straight between my day job n the car for the last 2 weeks
sleep is for pussys! \
love the progress cant wait to see it in person
Hell yeah.......incredible work
so i decieded to change the 1927 cal to a 1928 "cowl"
a quickie today
I wouldn't worry about getting the kid back, most people on that crap end up getting themselves. Get your stuff out of there soon, better that way to not lose a friend
Seriously nice work you've done on that thing guy!

Just saw this post. HOLY CRAP!!! How come all the stuff I beat on with a hammer never looks this good.
It's great that you took the time to show this work. I'd rather follow an original project anyday. As to those who cause problems like your friend's son(?) Keep your friend, and watch over time how karma comes home to roost. No need to invest any of your valuable time here. The son will find out eventually what serves and what injures.
