wow... I'm embarrassed to be on page 8.... although I just logged in... I still feel bad. I was worried when I saw the title to the thread and breathed a sigh of relief when I read what happened. Still, surgery is surgery.

Good to know things are going to be ok!

You guys are soooooo, sooo sweet! Thank you so much for the get well wishes and laughs...even though laughing makes my stomach hurt it sure is wonderful to read so many wishes from my HAMB family.

I'm home from the hospital now and not feeling too bad. They do four tiny incisions now days instead of one big one. I'll have at least one week off work, maybe two. I'll probley head back AFTER the Jalopy SHowdown.:D Can't miss one of the best hot rod shows I've ever attended. Big Olds is almost ready to roll. I just got my gauge cluster, glovebox door, taillight bezels, fender spears and my large dash piece back from Advance plating. I'll probley try working in the garage toward the end of the week and getting some of this stuff back on Big Olds in time for the Jalopy Showdown.

As far as my "monster kitchen" redo, it's almost done and depending on how I'm feeling I should be able to finish it up this weekend or the begining of next week. Since it has a MAJOR garage theme the subject will be completely on topic therefore I won't feel guilty about posting photos.:D

I'm sure I'll be around on the HAMB alot more then I have been lately. I've got some PM to answer and some thank yous to send out for license paltes. I also plan on finishing up the HAMB Helper pages and getting that sent to everyone that participated.

Thanks again for all the warm get well wishes. I'm not planning on missing any shows that I have planned or slowing down on the cookies baking for my buds.;) :D  xoxoxo

  27. Denise---Hope you feel better soon. I had that same operation (gall bladder) about 10 years ago.---definately not fun. In the words of a famous Scottish poet (weren't they all famous) "may you live as long as you want to, and want to as long as you live"---Brian
