Art & Inspiration HAMB SHIFT KNOB ARRIVED

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by 40Ford!!, May 26, 2015.

  1. Like a kid at Christmas, I saw the small box in the mail box, carefully carefully removed it so as not to disturb its contents. I brought it into the house and gently cut the tape, opened the box, removed the felt bag, untied it and revealed the equivalent of my first Daisy Red Rider BB gun! There is was......number 66! How beautiful. The wife said "be careful or you'll put your eye out."

I was really impressed with the tag and bag that came with them. Very classy!

  5. Does anyone's wife get why we are excited about these knobs? Mine just pretends to care but that's why I love her!

You don't, unless you sign up for an alliance membership and then bid on the one that is up for auction.
After that maybe you will be able to get one if they ever do another run. :)

Thanks to Saxman for creating such a beautiful piece and a big thanks to Ryan for pulling #48 out for me as it will be a very special part of the truck when it is finished.

    nice looking knobs

  11. Mine didn't even pretend. After 49 years, I didn't really expect any reaction at all. All she said when I opened the box was "more car crap, huh".

We did, it was posted at the top of the page in a banner and you could only order if you were an alliance member.
It lasted for 3 hours or so till sell out.
