I picked up anouther '51' 2 door coupe the other day. (crap, that makes three!) Its been blasted and primed, has replaced floors (front and rear), toe boards, trunk pan, rockers, and a recessed firewall. All work was done a while ago and has some rust on it. Definatelly a starter kit but something to get ya going. It comes with a new fiberglass 49-50 grill surround. Its a roller with no interior, backglass, inner front fenders, motor or trans. Im waiting on the title. If anyones interested PM me for pics and details. Chad

Cool looking Merc! I'm starting on a 49 and been trying to figure out what frame/ IFS to use. Would really like to have power R&P. I'm gonna run a boss429 w/ C6/9".
How tough was it to fit the 77 Cougar frame under it?
