I finished the build thread on our Dragmaster dragster a year ago and it hasn't moved an inch since then. I got invited to bring our car to the drag races today to display. I haven't been to a drag race in over 20 years so my son John and I went. There were some HAMB friendly cars so I took those pictures to post. Here's our dragster sitting with some cool old chevy's. These three cars are owned by Mark and Bill Warrick. Mark has Soncy Road Body Shop here in Amarillo, he does the best cars and bikes, Mark and his dad have a real nice collection of unique vintage cars and memorabibia. The black car is an original aluminum front end car with a really cool history. My camera did not do justice to the red car it is so much brighter in person. Thanks I appreciate that.
So this is your car. Yours was the one I kept pointing out to my son when you were comming to the line. The way it looks and sets is so well balanced and how well it went down the track. Very cool car. IMG_2625.JPG

Thanks for the pics. I agree with Model A John, your dragster is beautiful. I did not see your build thread but what time frame was it built to? I assume that you can't run it as it does not meet the current rules.

  10. I was wondering when we'd get to see some of those vintage, traditional wheels. Thanks

    Thank you for the pictures.
When I saw the 62’s on your build thread I had an idea they belonged to the Warrick’s. See a few guys from Tulsa made their way out there.
