Cornerstone is on J st and 24th downtown Sac thank you . ok , oct. 17 @ 9am the cornerstore ! great , thank you .. steve
They have the street there DESTROYED! We went for a car show there on Sutter street this last weekend and I'm shocked a lot of people drove on those streets. They are doing some major construction there.
Ok, so I didn't see this until today. I'll clear my calendar for Oct. 17th, be good to get together again.
After reading all of it looks like someone needs to make a decision as to where we'll meet. I suggest James, since he started this thread.
Not look'n to High Jack anything, always thought a Sacramento 6 Drive-inn night would be cool with a bunch of car folks and family! Maybe somewhere in the future. Chad
How's Mel's for breakfast? I've only tried their burgers. Brookfields is around the corner from there and they have a bigger parking lot.
OK Joe bailons Blast from the past is OCT 17th I think??? Why dont you all come up the hill to auburn eat at awful Annies in old town then head two blocks to the show! There I feel better! I am gunna go to Joes how much longer is this show going to happen? I think we should respect it and support it. Dave Hitch
I think Dave has got something here will they accomidate us HAMBers let us in the show cars an all ? is it a drive in whats the scoop?
Hambers are welcome fo shur! Usually there is a gang of poorboys ect there. Auburn fairgrounds are awsome the show is a mix of cars but the old guys love what we are into so its I think its a good idea. We could all meet up at the show and just walk over to Awful Annies its not far at all and the food is grubbin Dave Hitch
I'm down for a cruise up the hill.. A HAMB breakfast cruise! Maybe we can meet somewhere in orangevale, get some food and roll out up folsom-aurburn road. it's a fucking nice road to cruise on..

ive been there once rick , but yrs ago & dont remember where he lives . went to a merc show there . can you tell me how to get there ....................... steve
I'll chime in here to say that I think meeting at Joe Bailon's Blast from the Past is an excellent idea. It's not a very heavly advertised event, but I get an invitation every year. I will scan the registration form tomorrow and post it for everybody. I can tell you this much, the show will be at the Gold Country fairgrounds in Auburn. Entry fee is $30 or $35 at the door, the public is free. No start time is listed but it's a day show so I would say around 9 AM is show start time. That means registration will be earlier. By the way, Joe is 73 years old. Great guy and a hall of famer.
Well lets call it then breakfast at awful annies and then hoof it or roll out to the show after ward! So we need an address for Awful annies and what time should we be there by
I did that last year. fun drive, and down to do it again, dont know if my hamb friendly car will be ready but i'll defenetly take El Tiki up! I say roll in first cause theres not a lot of parking by awfull annies and you want to roll into the show early to get a good spot on the fair grounds! Its only about a block or so away and its a nice walk.
And if any one is wondering what the show is like heres some pics from last year to help motivate you to go! NOUGH SAID!
