I ordered new stainless steel rings but they won't fit properly around the bottom of the bucket. Appears that the screw bracket is too big. Has anybody ran into this issue? Thanks merle

I ordered a heap of parts from OTB including the headlight rings and everything fitted fine with no problems.

Is the headlight housing slightly out of round maybe?

Make sure the bumps on the back of the sealed beam are seated in the notches in the bucket and the retaining ring is seated evenly against the bucket and sealed beam. My experience has been that therings are fairly forgiving if everything is seated properly but I have never used the aftermarket rings. Good luck
