Grill shell and flywheel ID needed!

So I got this stuff at a garage sale today..The guy thinks the flywheel is Model B,I say its V8-60..I bolted it up to a 24 stud flathead,and it takes a V8 flathead clutch,but??

And the grill shell..I have no clue.Ideas?

Flywheel looks like 40 ford 9".

 

The rad shell is 1928 Pontiac

They flywheel is not Model B but I am unable to tell you what it is.

flywheel is flathead, roughly 1935-40.
