Joe Haska's Creme de La Chrome Rocky Mountain Auto Show is coming up next week in Downtown Denver Nov 23rd thru the 25th at the Colorado Convention Center.

I'll be there in the Art of the Automobile area again this year. Great mix of vehicals, many HAMB friendly, typically about a third would be considered traditional hot rods or customs. The rest are a mix of highly blinged out hot rods and street rods, and lots of fairly straight forward stock restorations. Lots of photos in these galleries from past years:

I will be there as a vendor this year.

 

The Deluxe speed shop will be there, Im bringing my 32 roadster that ran at bonniville in 1952, Bryan is bringing his 29 roadster, Mark will have his 28 roadster . Should have about 25 traditional hot rods in the Deluxe speed shop corner. See you there Scott

 

Hmmmm 6 hours each way... I might have to do make a trip uphill this weekend.

I hope the vendors (drinks and food) are not such complete a-holes this year. I don't know what the deal was with them last year, it was bad. Maybe we can sneak our own beers in, haha.

 

Will be there but no Coupe this year - having blown the Caddy up I ran out of time to get it completed in time :-( - plus I'm not back from overseas business travel until late Wednesday night

Behind the scenes on move in day...

 

Lonely Knights won't be showing this year...(Big Rich SOLD the Caddy and the rest of us have been in there a couple of years straight). So I guess we just get to go and enjoy the show without having to watch the cars all day long. It'll be nice to just wander around and look at cars for once.

 

Looks bit more organised this year. . Looking forward to coming down at weekend

Started a new job, so didnt have time to bring out the 57 and do move in... Planning to stop in Saturday or Sunday and check it out though.
