For real? Even for Studebaker it is hard to believe somebody would have ordered one with a factory blower on it. But, they were hungry for sales and would build to order some odd things if reasonable enough.

Let's see some pics of that motor, or even better a video clip so we can here the sound too.

If only 869 were built in 57 that is an extremely rare car. Very cool. Maybe don't do anything to it that can not be changed back to stock to protect the value.

Bobbie, to post bigger pictures put them into something like photo bucket first then click on IMG CODE and it will say "copied" You can then paste that into your post.

Wow - good one to keep as a solid "investment".
They were not all so equipped.

I saw one about 1.5 yr ago for sale that looked about that good, but was a total project...
Had been parked for a couple of decades by the looks, AND the s-charger was off and for sale separately.

He was asking $4k...for the car only.
Not being a Packard fanatic, I thought that was a little high, but it was sold soon after.
It is a rare piece there!

For all I know you did pay some Packard guy a ton for it, but if not - could be a money maker for you, too!

Thanks for sharing the pics. Not a lot left of them.
