I'm trying to get some vinyl stickers made and I'm having a hell of a time getting a clear enough image for the print shop. Of course, if it is your business to do this sort of thing, I'd rather get them from a fellow HAMBer. I want the "Cobra Jet" in that font and coloring, red letters with a blue outline, on UV resistant vinyl as a cutout, not a bumper sticker. Red and blue color samples I want at the bottom.
Many places that do car "wraps" have ability to do custom cuts. Most cars have templates on file and make sets as needed. They come out of the printer pre-cut. Talk to them about free form designs like you have. Don't have a sign company mess with it. Poor quality vinyl and adhesives. If they wrap Lambo's and Ferrari's with it, should be good. Just an option and my 2 cents.
