Ed: I passed you on 21 in Rincon, GA this morning. Just coming from my shop, which is located in Rincon. I was in the black Jeep towing a small black trailer and gave you the "thumbs up" Would have been glad to show you my Merc projects....
Looks like a cool project.
Hey, you got it. Cool!
Nice car congrats!
Damn you! Been looking for one for a while now that ain't a rotted heap. Build thread!!!
Nice. Now you just lack finishing it up.
Very cool!! What year is that? Jim
And another fun build will soon begin.GOD I love the H.A.M.B.
Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.
Love the two door Hudson's, would love to find one some day. Subscribed for updates!
It'll look great sittin' next to the Studebomb. Two orphan coupes of the same era.
Looks cool, a car that never seems to come up for sale, at least not that I see. Congrats!
I thought it might be, but I was not sure, the dash was what kinda gave me a clue, however I have never seen a 48 so I couldnt say 100%. Very cool find and very cool car! Subscribed to the thread, hope to watch your progress on the car! Jim
Great score, good to see more Hudson's with good homes
It's a '48 or '49 - only way to tell for sure is by the start of the vehicle number, which is on the passenger side A-post. The 1950 is nearly identical, but the dash and grille is different. You probably have a Super Six.
Yes sir!!! Time to do some bracing a cutting!!!I like it my friend!
thanks. i was wondering how i could tell.
There was an episode of Pawn Stars recently where a guy was selling one to the pawn shop . They took it out for a cruise and loved it ...couldn't say enough good things about the room , ride , smooth motor etc .

Nice score. Love the tow rig too. Miss my caprice wagon so much.......

Great score! Welcome to the Hudson family
Ah oh, don't lose steam on the Studebaker coupe now. Looks cool.
