This was one of the award winning cars, not quite traditional but spectacular never-the-less.
41 Ford 2dr stocker and model AB belong to a local buddy Don Butler
More pictures from today good weather lousy attendence.
Gonna take a break got about 70 more to go.
That Coupe had everything right , first year back for Goodguys, did they have more or less cars than Saturday at Spring Rhienbeck? Bob
It was difficult to access, friday a beautiful weather day was somewhat full, saturday I think had more cars but weather between 11 and 1 o'clock sucked. I know a lot of pre reged car's did not show up but the owners drove up in their lexus or suburbans. Sunday I'm guessing 300 cars, it was hard to say.
Biggest complaint I heard was motel rates.
Thanks for posting the pics. Some really nice cars! Love the Buick's!
one of the reps told me 1,150 was the total count. Not sure if thats how many showed up, or if thats just the total # registered.
All in all, I think it was a pretty good turn out w/ lots of nice people met!
Had a great week-end at Rhinebeck. The weather was excellent other than a couple hours of rain Saturday morning, but by noontime, it was like it never happened. Pat and I had a chance to do a little bench racing/tail gating and met a few more HAMB members and saw a lot of nice cars I had not seen before. Met some more hot rodder’s back at the Motel and had a little more tailgating till close to mid night both Friday and Saturday night. Some great stories and good guys. All in all, we had a great time and really look forward to going back next year.
I took my 47 COE because I just ran out of time to sort the Corvette out for the trip, and who would have guessed that there would be three of us with COE's staying at the same motel , plus Rich came by with his Ford COE after the show with his and hung out in the parking lot with us !
Here are a few of the Corvettes that were there.
Some cool Chevrolets present.
I was there Friday and Saturday. Great turnout both days despite the weather Saturday. Way better turnout than the spring show. Lots of quality stuff and many familiar favorites. Great to see some old friends and make some new ones. Glad to see it back in town (15 mins from my home).
