I've never been there with a car. Do you have to pre-register? Or is there just a different gate? Anyone?

 

You can register on-site. When you approach the Speedway, go to the 110th street exit and go around until you see a gate marked "show cars" or something like that. They will have a tent set up behind the grandstand with a small parking lot for registration, and there will probably be a line of cars headed there and people pointing you that way. Register in the tent, and then you'll drive around to the tunnel to enter the speedway itself.

I never pre register, just a procrastinator!

The Falcon will be in pro pick on Sat and I will also have a Grey 54 Chevy pickup in trick truck on Sat.(both customers cars)

Looks like the weather is a bit nicer this week, hopefully it will stay nice for next weekend.

Looking forward talking cars with guys who can speak HAMB!!

I`ve heard on Sunday only--they are letting anything in up to 2011.

 

Yes they are, as long as it is American made or powered.
In the interest of preserving this thread, if you or anyone else would like to complain about Sunday, start another thread please.

 

I was not complaining. Just stating the facts. Everybody I`ve talked to have not heard this. I just thought people would like to know.

 

I didn't know that, but it might actually get me to come back on Sunday. Sunday attendance the last couple of years has been terrible, but if there is a whole different crop of cars, it might be worth the trip back. Of course that trip takes me all of 15 minutes...

 

Kind of wish I was taking my car instead of customers so I could try the autocross.

The track cruise is fun though.
