Don't know you, but I've seen your posts, admire your abilities and tenacity, wishing you Godspeed and a full, very speedy recovery my friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Prayers from soaking wet Eastern Kansas! Subscribed to the thread and will be watching for a good post-surgery report.
Looking forward to a lot more builds, so best wishes for a full rebuild and a speedy recovery!
You got this, Jim.
Well, im heading in to the hospital. A few more hours and they will be cutting me open. I hope to give you all an update in 4-5 days, and if i dont, well i guess ill see you all on the other side.
Good luck, Jim, I'll be waiting for that update. If your docs are half as good at stitching stuff together as you are, you'll be dancing before you know it.
We're pulling and praying for you Jim, talk to you tomorrow.
You got this... Hot rodders are tough SOB'S .
I have a shit load of friends in the 'kane. Y'all are a weird bunch...but tough and true. Prayers from the other side of the state!
Best wishes, adding a few more prayers, look forward to your report. Bob

Did you get that 32 painted yet?Hope all is going well, Jim..
Get well soon Jim !!!
anyone heard how Jim pulled thru the operation??
How’s it going?
As fast as Jim builds cars, too bad he couldn't take a piece or two of that 32 with him to the hospital to work on this week. Or maybe he did, and we'll see it in paint next week.
Hoping things went well.
Hoping it's going well.
Patience guys, it takes some time to get recovered enough to feel up to getting on the HAMB.
You got that right, just keep the prayers and good thoughts for a quick recovery for Jim. HRP
Absolutely, it took about 4 months for me when I had my last cancer surgery! Granted I did have a longer than normal recovery due to major complications in the surgery, but still it would have taken more than a week or two before I would have been up to going on the internet.
Still pressing all the thumbs i got, Jim
Well, 3.5 days and they let me go home. Doc said it was some kind of record for my size of surgery. Now comes the sitting around in pain. Its all good.
We got your back Jim, just watch those meds, they will F#@k you up.
Good news! Onward and upward, Jim.
