That plymouth bumper looks awesome on there!
Just got this in from a customer in California. Gotta do a few updates. Nice, fun little truck...
updated pics, got the roof flaked, silver flake straight over the black base with black candy. Not everybody's cup of tea but its what I've had in mind for the truck since I bought it 3 years ago so if you don't like it you can kiss my ass
Don't worry the inside of the bed will get ryno lined soon.
that truck looks bitchin' with the flake roof
I found this one on Ebay

>>>>>,I built this '54 Ford F-100 in the late '60's when i lived in Anchorage Alaska ,,Stone-Woods & Cook copy cat chassis ,,home made 'glass tilt front ,tilt bed ,,black diamond tufted interior ,,,396 Big Block ,Tunnel Ram w' two 660 Holleys ,,Muncie 4 speed ,,,Dana 60 rear w' 4;56 gears ,,ran it in C/Gas ,,best of 10;80 offa 10;45 NHRA Nat'l record ,,,,i know ,,looks funny being towed by my Chevelle ,,Sold it in Fall of '69 when i moved back to Iowa ,,Wish i still had it ,,i have a "Wanted" ad in the Alaska RaceWay Park Classifieds lokking for it ,,
>>>>>,'Nother pic at the old Polar Dragway ,,
^That's bad-ass, Connman!^
>>>>>,Thanks Tinman ,,i had a 125 lb Bus Battery at the rear of the bed ,,and a 20 gal alumunum Helicopter gas tank at the front ,,NO lead in that tube rear bumper ,,no front brakes ,,custom made mono leaf front springs with Monroe Coil Over load leveler shocks ,,it weighed 2800 lbs w' 50 % of that on the rear wheels ,,it would pull the front wheels a little over a foot offa the line ,,those M&H wrinkle wall slicks would wrinkle all the way around the rim ,had to screw the beads to the wheels after the first run when the slicks spun on the wheels and broke the valve stems offa the tubes ,,kinda embarrising sittin' on the start line with two flat rear slicks ,,,lol,,lol,,
>>>>>,Had i not left Alaska,,fall of '69 ,,i had plans of chopping the top ,, I had a friend that owned a custom body shop ready to do the werk ,,for free ,,,just for the advertising ,,oh well ,,such is life ,,,
