Good mechanic in central NJ??

Hopefully someone can help me out. Today in my only day off for the next 3 to 4 weeks and I was hoping to get the kinks worked out on my dual carb 261 that I put in my Chevy. I called over to my mechanic but he is on vacation for the week.

Can anyone recommend a good quality mechanic in the central NJ (close to Jackson) area that can help me with this engine.

Don't know how busy, but I think he works on any type vehicle, keeps his race cars running.

 

I went by this place this afternoon and the building is vacant with a for sale sign out front. The number had no answer either. Thanks though, I appreciate it.

Anyone else have any ideas that I can look into?
