Many of you won't know Lance by name. But most of you know my cars. Lance painted my 51 Ford altered wheelbase car, did extensive body work and paint on my Vette, flaked the top on my grey 60 Pontiac, and also flaked the top on my Pearl Orange 60 Pontiac. Anyway, he was one of the quiet guys at the custom shows. He also did a lot of body work on Roger and Marie O'dell's Zephyr. It's the wild black and gold custom with front skirts as well as rear, so it looks like it's floating down the street. So, a few days ago, he fell at work and hit his head. After being in a coma for a few days, he passed yesterday. I believe he was close to 40 yrs old. R.I.P.
Man, sorry to hear that. Like Royalshifter said, it's amazing how life is so fragile. We just lost a fellow drag racer from a freak accident this week. GodSpeed, Lance.
Way to young to go, sounds like he a lifetime of talent left to use. Makes me feel older as I have kids older than that. Hope he may Rest in Peace now, he is in a much better place. Godspeed!! Dave
