GM column I.D.

    Can someone help identify a GM tilt column? It is a column shift, tilt, with no key.{Yeah, I know you hate tilt columns but, back trouble and a chop top make it neccesary.} Are there different column lengths that might at least narrow it down to what type vehicle it came from? I haven't found any numbers on it. Just a sticker thats blank now. Thanks for any info. Oilcan Harry

    tilt with no key usually denotes a van column,but its the era i am unsure of.
    any other clues on it,like an early mesh looking tube"collapsible" section.
    hope this helps.
