The car rolled down thier an barely hit corner of the brick house......We knew HE had his hands full!.....Makin' her happy with the repair......During repairs, SHE desides SHE wants IT
painted BLACK!.......Was silver. Body shop did fantastic job on project, but she found some sander "swirles" on a couple chrome pieces.....AND, I would not, have been in his shoes THAT NIGHT!!
NEXT morning, he came to work, and CALMLY walked up to me, and said, " John, call Buick
Dealer......and ORDER.....EVERY G.D. piece of Chrome....THAT GOES ON THAT CAR!"
I questioned, that he was SURE!, that's what he wanted?? He repeated the quote(above)!
TOOK 3 months for all parts to come in!
And to be honest, I think.....Tha' Body Shop....polished all the original chrome (Stainless!),
and put the NEW STUFF in tha' ATTIC! But, I never found out....Just, got a Grin....

well i started back on it.. unfortunately the caddy bumper just aint gonna work. need to cut up the car, and the bumper way to much to have it never really fit the fender/ wheel openings.. what a huge waste of fucking time!!! my second choice was a 58 chevy front bumper, but thers none around in my budget. so ill put it all back together and get started on the body

 

call me sick but I like the stock one!
