after 3 or 4 yrs of beatin the piss out of this old girl i figured its time to spruce it up with a nice shiney black paint job...as i progress ill put new pics up,im hopin to have it done in about a months sparetime.. when its done i will wear my goldchain with my head held high,and i probly wont aknowledge you punks anymore
save yourself the hassle, just quit where it's at and sell it to me. love the exhaust through the bumper thing, too! slick. tred.
Just saw your car in a magazine last night, but don't remember which. Got three new mags yesterday, so it was either in Streetscene, Street Rodder, or Fine Homebuilding.
Nothing wrong with shiny paint. Love to see progress photos. I'm really looking forward to seeing it painted.

has to be my fav chop on a merc ive ever seen. the chop reminds me of "fonzies" merc. im digging the shiney stuff! i dont think u could screw that car up no mater what kinda paint it has..(except pink )

Dave, While your doing all the body work anyways, put some lincoln quads in her, shes beggin for them.. Kirt says dont be afraid of the metalflake on her eithier.. Cant wait to see it done..maybe i can come down sometime and help you on a wednsday night or something... Nate

BTW Jerry Bennett(the guy who built my 57 Safari)called last night and wanted his car back(yeah right).He's living over in back of Sonny Pasternak's shop in Hamilton now.I told him to go harass Sonny for awhile.Jerry had a pig valve installed in his ticker so he's housebound for awhile. Maybe if my wife gets hungry enough for a Hilltop steak or a couple of lobsters,we'll sneak out for a couple days.TTYL Ray

ok i said it would be done in a bout a month...but i forgot to take into consideration how fat, and lazy i am, and how much work this tank really needs so heres a few updates
last nite we also worked on leadsled53's (fred) bike welded on a hardtail conversion bodyworked it started mocking it back up..dont worry even though we got a lot acomplished with this and the merc we still made a LOT of empties
