I have a 283, .040 over with a 4-71 and a little pussy summit 1102 cam. Its got 76CC heads on it. The 4-71 came from my buddies diesel junk yard and I sent it to Don Hampton to redo. 22 months later I got it back! He was busy. Dyers 2" drive.

I just pissed myself. That's what Tudor get for pushing his SBC propaganda. I have learned that Tudor just is not a custom guy. He is a Hot Rodder. Actually a SBC Hot Rodder!

I will give him credit for building one hell of a Blown SBC. I still wouldn't put that motor in mopar. It's like putting a blown VW motor in a caddilac. Sure it makes horsepower, but it's still gay.

sweet, nice restraint on the chop.. Now just lean the B pilled (top section bck, lower section forward) to get them to align.....

 

I've been going back and forth with this and came to the conclusion that I want to keep the operable quarter windows so the b-pillars will stay vertical. It may look better with the tilted pillars but I like it both ways.

you going to hardtop it like in the photoshop? Verticle b pillars don't really flow with the chop, at least lean them and use 51 victoria rear window regulators...just a useless opinion

 

Profile looks good to me.
I'm wondering what you plan to do with the back glass.
Is that one of the few back windows that was made with laminated glass?
If it's tempered, you can't cut it and it looks like you cut the frame off at the bottom...

It sure does look like we cut the whole back window frame out but the 1/2" window lip sticks right out of the rear deck sheetmetal. All we have to do is lay the window down with no cutting of glass. It should work out well.
