Hot Rods Gettin' it done!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by rockabillybassman, Dec 25, 2011.

  1. Nearly there. It's been three years to get from a rusty bare body shell to this, and I've sweated, sworn, shed tears and blood, and enjoyed every minute of it. Still got to finish the interior and some minor stuff, but not too far now. Hope you dig it.

Cool Man - a great example that not everything is built in an hour like the TV Shows.
must be loads of fun to have it on the road

Cool, outside of the year model of the flathead that is pretty close to what I had in mind when I started collecting parts for an A-V8.

My me to me this year is the adapter to hook the T-5 to the engine.

Very nice little hot rod you have there. Funny how all the blood, pain, sweat and money spent disappear when you take it for that first spin, huh? :D

  19. Marty, a job well done! Built the old way, blood, sweat and tears and sheer determination. Over the last 3 years, it's been great to see the progress and also to share with you the trials and tribulations. Whether one calls it a Hot Rod, Gowjob etc. Hotrodding in the purest form, ya gotta luv it!
