Has anyone had problems getting stuff from Gennie? I ordered a shifter for a c-4 auto transmission 9 weeks ago the dealer I got it from has been very good and open, call Gennie myself got the back order story first Then It,s been shipped out for the last two weeks but could not get a tracking number I call main office they said they would get right on and would call me back but didn't called back again today and got it will be shipped sometime this week Has anyone else had problems Thanks Joe
That's odd I haven't had any problems at all with ordering. It could be that you unfortunately drew the shortest straw and are getting the short end of the deal. But I'm sure they will make it right, good people and a great product.
