Has gene ever thought about offering a simple "Genes Speed Shop" t-shirt. No picture just the lettering and maybe the city and state. Like Ohio Georges "George's speed shop" shirts from the mid sixties. Just thinking out loud.

Gene, has not mentioned that. I will ask and see what he says.

Any body local wanting to buy tshirts before the 25th, send me a note and let me know sizes and quantities. We will work out a delivery plan.

We will have small through 2X and will get other sizes on request. 2x and larger are 2 dollars more. small through XL $20 or 2 for $30.

That's the best old photo of the Moonlighter we have seen yet on this thread!! Anyone know why it was unlettered when the pic was taken?

  18. That photo is from the old days when Gene was building the car,,notice the shop doesn't have the brick facade on the front. HRP

OK, If you are from somewhere not local to Anderson and you wish to order Tshirts we will be accepting payments through Paypal.

We will have Adult sizes Small through 5X and childrens sizes small through large.

Adult sizes 2X and larger are $2 additional

Shipping will be through the USPS Priority mail and is $5.80 per shirt (This is exactly what the shipping cost is)

To purchase these shirts, sign onto your Paypal acct.

Your payments will be sent to [email protected]

Select the sizes and quantities of shirts and total the amount based on the guide above.

In the message section of the Paypal payment page provide the following information.

    Full Name
    Shipping address
    # of shirts and sizes
    Total payment amount
    Contact email and phone number

One shirt smaller than a 2X would be $25.80
Two shirts smaller than a 2X would be $41.60
One shirt larger than a XL would be $27.80
Two shirts larger than a XL would be $45.60

    And so on.

If you have any questions, send an email to [email protected] and we will give you a total before you order.

Good idea Kev I'm going in the morning to hopefully finish putting the rest of the aluminum work back in the car and a few other final things. If we get far enough along to take it out side there will be a pic tomorrow. No promises but I'll try there is still a lot to do.

It's looking more and more like a gasser engine.

That motor will never make any power, those parts are all outdated! Seriously, it is refreshing to see a legend show that attention to detail doesn't cost a thing. This car I have no doubt will "haul the mail".
