After Dad passed away we have been going through the house that has been in the family since 1929 and will have the first of many garage/estate sales hopefully starting this coming Saturday 7/17. Lots of old power tools, arc welder, welding torch set, Shop-Smith saw with attachments, Grandpa's big old tap/die set in the oak box, old hand tools, vintage blacksmith vise, boxes of plumbing & electrical stuff, Lambretta 150cc scooter engine that we had in a mini-bike, steamer trunks, old radios, a house full of furniture(some very old), garden tools, the list goes on............ and yes the house will be for sale in a few months. If you are in the area come on by. San Mateo is less than 30 minutes south of S.F.
