That mural is awesome!

Did you do it or did someone else? An old art teacher of mine did a similar kind of thing on a wall in her daughter's bedroom but it was done to look like you could walk into the Mad Hatter's Tea Party...

I guess a reverse of your outside looking in...

Stacey, I wish I had that kind of talent. A Bud did it for me. He is an Art teacher at a local high school. Very talanted, he is doing the 8ft X 9ft doors on my addition now. Am anxious to see how they turn out. Supposed to have them back by Thanksgiving, I'll post pictures when I get them installed.

the guts of a 1939 built garage is the only garage art at my place...

Not in the garage but I made them in the garage. Bird Bath out of an axle housing and an old 55 Buick wheel cover and the display out of the center section of a junk ford rear end.

This is the CLEANEST part of my garage

 

Ok, first a quick view from the door area...
not too decorated, lots of stuff in boxes and on shelves...
just got the big shelves at the back all situated...

 

But this sign is my FAVORITE...
(look at the first pic to see how big it really is...about 8' long, & 18" tall...)

CLEAN?? my garage hasn't been "clean" since i first bought the house. i've spent nearly the last week cleaning it it out. i've taken damn near everything out intot he driveway , buit some shelves and i'm workin on getting it all back in. got rid of some stuff that was either junk or belonged to other people. got my painter to take a few things to his place to work on (and to get them out of here for a while). i gotta have room in there this winter. it's throw down time!!!
