Hot Rods Front Cycle Fender Brackets?

    That would be called a "special" in the old days. Sometimes a "modified".
    Not only did the frame mount brackets for the fenders provide less unsprung weight, but they were required by the SCCA rules.
    Later the area between the wheel cover part and the frame was required to be covered.
    The bracket material of choice was 3/4 OD, .180 wall, 4130HT tubing. The cover material was .030 aluminum.
    Fenders attached this way may not look drive-in kewl but they will still be on the car when it is crushed.

    If anybody has more pictures of this style of front fenders please post. This is more in line with what I'd like to do if I need fenders. Both front and rear.
