    Damn your good.

Close so i'll let you know they are OEM ford but not cast iron.

Edelbrock slingshot...what! That's crazy talk. That is a two piece manifold.
    Alright .Alright. Alright.
It's a full custom Edelbrock. Port matched , tig welded, all emblems removed and all unnecessary logos removed.

Polished within an inch of its life.

Further north. Think flannel and round bacon. America's hat. Celine Deion. Hockey. and AM radio.

Aluminum as well with about 8.5 or 9 to one compression now.

What gave it away??? The round bacon? In Kanadia is that where Kustom orginated? Yes.

From what I know only produced for like 3 months in early 49 in aluminum. But what do I know

I don't like drilling them exactly in the center.

Space it out from the center. Usually for a superbell a 7/8th round nose two flute end mill works nice on a bridgeport . Drill pilot holes with a 1/4 end mill or drill. This keeps the hole from intercepting the tangent point of the inside radius of the axle, where it flows down and creates the "I" part of the beam.

Use dividers to space the holes and keep at least the hole size or larger in between each for strength and you should be good.

(7/8 hole I usually like to leave 1 inch or more between the holes.) Aesthetically pleasing as well.
