Post away folks!
Hey where is everybody?
Something I did today. It is a combo of Frankensteins Monster, Jeff Norwell and Von Franco. Sorry I've missed a few art shows. 8"X10" Acrylic
Love it, great start to the FAS
Man it's late and I'm knackered!!
Here's a couple of oldies.
Dig it! That's cool.
Dr. Frankenrod's mutant 40.
Rough concept drawing of a Zombie-Steam Punk-Hot Rod-Union Soldier. ....why not.
Bernie, Cool stuff!
Gary, never cease to amaze me! Rad!
Bob, Cool lighting!
Wish I had something to post.....maybe next week!
That's great Bernie. You too Bob.
Oh, and you too Gary. We both had 40 coupes on the brain but mine spilled out all messy and sh**...
A 10 minute sketch, in fact:
If you think that ones a mess, heres a 5 minute Cintique doodle I did as a warm up to last weeks pencil sketch. I needed a break from boarding at about 2am last week some time, ha ha
This is your brain on sleep deprivation...
On Facebook I called it Von Frankenwell...... LOL
I like this.........shot
Here's some random stuff I threw together since I haven't contributed to the Art Show in a while.
Original black n' white drawing that was used for the shirt featured in the current 'On The Rack' in Car Craft.
Unfinished drawing for a friend.
Start to T-shirt design
A doodle inspired by the p40 warhawk and its about 4" wide I think.
Good looking show so far everyone! Loads of weird mixtures this time, love that design Gary, and the Norvonstein looks amazing
Thank you Brett .......
Jigger ... a 10 minute sketch? Dude, I wish I had your skills.
My buddy JeffreyJames took this one and I really like it.
In homage to my dad...
Sort of reminds me of Tommy DeVito "one dog goes one way, the other dog goes the other way, and this guy is sayin' "Whaddaya want from me?"
I call this one "Ride a Rat" - scratchboard scraped with #16 xacto blade. Leaving at 4:00am friday for Billetproof. Taking the laptop so I don't miss the rest of this killer show.
This reminds me of the "How to Draw Cars" part of the CarToons Magazines of the 80's - Trosley did those. http://www.georgetrosley.com/page827.html
It's been a while but I FINALLY have a Hamb friendly painting! Did this guy over the course of two shows last weekend....
Acrylic, Gouache and 1shot enamel on board
and a process pic to give it some scale...
Now lets see some more work!!!
...and for the art nerds...here is a step-by-step photo set of the whole painting process. Thanks for looking!
Here's a couple for some Drag Legends.
Wow, thats scary.........thats exactly what I was thinking. Then I scrolled down and read what you posted. I need to stop watching so much tv.

Happy Friday everyone.....
Oh, additionally, I and finally finalized this:
Inspired by a pixelcar 2036 zombie apocalypse competition, I came up with this - A 1925 Ford Model T body on a Jeep chassis built for survival. Full 'story' here(highly optional)
