hey, that was pretty damn cool.

 

I haven't contributed to the art show in quite some time, too busy on the cars to do other stuff.
But I did finally get a picture of the "Flying Eyeball" sculpture I made, and donated to the auction at the Detroit Autorama last March.
Our own Ray Smith "safarinut" lettered it!!!!!!

Here's something from last year. It's acrylic on some kind of cardboard/fiberboard panel I was going to make door panels out of and then changed my mind. It's based on a series of pictures from a magazine.

 

I've never done a Friday Art Show post 'cause I hardly ever draw anymore. But I whipped up a few technical drawings (more like sketches) for a tech post, so here's a sample of what I did.

 

Just finishing this left arm. Need to touch up the elbow and its done.
