Custom 56 Plymouth
met the late Tom Medley at LARS just after his coupe was destroyed.Donated some money towards
the rebuild. He was kind enough to sign this print for me with a nice message
I got to see the "view from the coupe" at the Detroit
Autorama a few years ago.
Cool start, more oldies.

This roadster posted by @stillrunners a while back has puzzled my research. There were plenty of roadsters with the number 195 AH on the side, the doors or trunk. Some of them were 1320 Record Holders including the FORSBERG BROTHERS in Northern California. But, this 195 AH designation was for this roadster.
Either way, the history is in the books and it was fun seeing the early flames on an old roadster. No one, that was part of my research, knew what color it was back then, so I asked a “photo colorization” program for some help. The grass is green, so the color selected was close. (purple/maroon body, lighter Purple/Silver flames, or any two color palete in the purple range)
@stillrunners : “It ran in 1958....with a little engine set back....the original 195AH.....Don Argee - driver - Lawrence Brocchini -builder.”
The expression on the kids face is priceless !
...let's see some more artwork...
I may have had this one on another thread a few months ago.
I think I'll kinda "lay low" this week...after starting that "talent" debate (debacle) last week
...unless somebody wants to discuss "Rims vs Wheels"...
Fantastic as always....
Jigger...you rock!!! Love it...
