I'll be taking a much needed and overdue road trip; a big loop of Texas, and then cruisin' Route 66, from Oklahoma City to Tuscamari. See ya in a few weeks

Steve @Spoggie , I totally 'get it'! Love that Ute so much that I was first to like it. In fact, I liked it before you even posted it as I was that certain it was going to be the bomb!

Hey Jigger! Thanks for the well wishes! Nothin' like some good tunes and an open stretch of road to free the soul. Reminiscent of days gone by... the feeling of exploration, and of searching for icons and legends... that's some good stuff! Ready, willing and able to burn high octane at high rpm's and high speeds... safely, of course
and oh yeah... Spoggie, don't forget what bloke was actually the 1st one to say, "I really dig your ute mate!"

I should shared these little quickly sketches I draw for a student list my wife makes for her job at the school.

 

Stogy's Head is up in the Clouds again...

There was this Arrow that was then wasn't...well Hotrod Stogy was imagining as if the tides had flowed Differently and Avro went on to design a VTOL and he was able to see a flyby enroute back to the Plant after a Wildly Successful and Stunning First Flight...

I designed this AC in 3DMax years ago...I did some mods to The Ole Hotrod too as I made lots of Dough working on the program...

...Fact!! Hamber @flynstone did get a 2nd roof with his Heavily Chopped Custom project he acquired...Why?, it was debated could the current chop be finished and get a pass...Personally I felt a 2nd stab with a donor roof would be the most practical as I felt it was over chopped...the rear window was also sending mixed signals...

It certainly has potential...if it were mine this would be a target...heck I'd feel like a Movie Star owning this Elegante'e...
