Wow that's crazy good Ruben - must go check Motorburg now!
Time for a quick post before I run off to Motorburg;
Y'all will remember this drawing of a '32 roadster from Switzerland that I posted a while back; The owner of the car chimed in and commissioned a T-shirt for his hot rod club - Pine Mountain Speed Shop of Auenstein, Switzerland. Special thanks go out to Etienne Butterlin from PowerGlide Magazine for taking the original photograph and for arranging the hook-up.
This is an awesome tribute to a veteran for Veterans Day!
As aceuh likes to say heres a couple point & shoot snaps Thanks everyone. Slim

Wow - off to an awesome start today!
Clysdale - that was a very cool thing to do, I'm diggin' the frame too!
Ruben - that is sweet, I can't wait to check out your link when I get to work where the connection speed is better than dial up.
Here's something I just finished for the local vintage dirt trackers. Hoping to get these embroidered on come hats and Dickies work shirts instead of just screen printed on t's this year. One of the racers has a 57 Hardtop he calls the Flying 7 that is so much fun to watch tear sideways through the turns.

This is what I have been up to the last few weeks. doing some sculpts to cast in resin this spring.
This idea came from a conversation I had with Jason Mattox of Timebomb Kustoms. We have seen people do paintings of a zombie hand on a shifter but never a sculpt. So I talked to Jason and asked if it was ok to put the idea to clay and here is the result of the raw sculpt just before going into the oven to harden.
Here is the other piece I have been working on. I will probably do a few more shrunken heads this winter.
that is sooooooo cool!
Looks like a great friday is underway!! I just finished my newest pencil rendering but can't show it yet because it is a gift for a party on Saturday. Can't spoil it. I will post it next friday though.
Here is my weekly contribution. Based on a photo of Tony Nancy from the April 1960 Hot Rod Magazine.
12" X 24"
Bernie...I LOVE that!!!!!!
#1 in a series of limited run prints Im working on
Awesome art work by everyone.
I'm really not worthy, since I just made these fooling around with Instagram, but I thought they came out kind of cool.
A lot of great talent here, always enjoy seeing what you guys are up to! This is a hood I am currently working on, about 80 hours into it and still a ways to go.
AWESOME work and Post Clysdale!! Truly touching and inspiring. Door gunners RULE!!!
When someone buys one of my pieces I try to do a little box art as a thank you.
I am sure most everyone on the FAS drew more pictures in their HS notebooks than actual notes. I was no exception. These usually are "HS notebook style" and take less than 10 minutes but I sometimes get the feeling they are as happy with the box art as the purchased piece. LOL
I guess it's the thrill of the unexpected. This is the latest, going to a fellow HAMBer
Great show! This is my first time to contribute. Recently got my roadster running and a friend wanted to get some pictures....plus I was trying out our new camera
Awesome work so far by everyone! I'm really diggin' all of it!
Haven't posted in a very long time, so here's a couple of my more recent pieces. A '59 Galaxie 4 door, and a quick sketch for a friend who wanted to see what his '56 F100 would look like with flat orange and cream wheels.
Here's a commisioned wallet I made for a customer as a gift to her husband for their 13th anniversary.
I personally thought the '47 Studebaker could use a little reworking.
GV, I know when you sent pieces to us, the box art was greatly admired. What a great "extra" touch!
Fairly new to the Hamb, and quickly finding the FAS is something I really look forward too!
The poeple, and creativity posted here is awesome! Thanks to you all!
Sitt'in in the back row check'in out the FAS..........
Clysdale that is awesome!
KCSledz...are you kidding me? That is killer!
Ok! This is one of the things I've always wondered about, how much of the FAS is up for sale, how much of it stays home, and how much of it was commissioned? Anyone care to chime in?
I've been so busy I havn't had time to post on the "friday art show" lately, guess that's a good thing.
These doors are off a '34 pickup. I painted the signs with 1 Shot over the existing aged lacquer yellow paint.
This week's art is very cool!
I like it! Nice shot Buick59...
