... "Wrinkle Paint"...
... "Quick Pick Sunrise"...
I dig this COOL composition, Rustomiser! It reminds me of my youth...
This is a Super Sweet scene from what appears to be 1959, 57 Corvette~Bob...brings back some fond memories for me! Your thought about using this on Father's Day is spot on
If only I wasn't anchored at 5,000 ft in the Colorado Rockies, Frogz! Your composition makes me long for island hopping The way this little Ford is chopped and slammed, complete with wood and board... it oozes gallons of COOL!
I love the long, sleek lines that you captured in this image, Jokem59!
Cleverly COOL eye candy, themoose!
GaryC.: Crazy COOL as ever and always!
fortypickup: Mega amounts of character in your art!
beebing: I love that Poncho panel!
Everyone: I dig all of these contributions... Thank you!
I was just taking a quick peek at the F.A.S. & I had to login just to say…
your 56 Crown Victoria and a '68 Econoline sketch
THE SICKEST THING I'VE SEEN IN A MINUTE !!!! ACES !!
You just unleashed the latest "build based on art"
If you don't build that thing I can guarantee someody will and should. WOW thanks.
Thank you, I appreciate it ..........
Great show as always!
I like this very much, but it looks like 1941 Chrysler rather than '46.
All of the work on the F.A.S is fantastic as usual! Jigger,Rustomiser and rodder...Thanks for the compliments...You guys are an inspiration. Thanks to everyone for the likes, they are much appreciated.
I didn't have any surfer wagon stuff, so I did this rough sketch of a '56 Stude this morning.
You are correct... must edit that so I don’t look like an idiot... Thanks for humbling me.
(note to self, don’t post stuff after 12am when you are half asleep...)
One more woody. This one a ’48 Ford
The Econoline from Martin, getting much deserved attention, remained me of this old T’bird sketch I did for one of the old “Art Challenges"
Someone should build a Bird like this.
In the parade...
Mark...your stuff is KILLER as usual...(TROG & Farmtruck last week!!)
Almost made me wanna put fenders on my Tub............................Almost!
Hope you don't mind if I steal the Tiki Grill idea?
Thanks I would build this in a heartbeat, given the materials and funds... No to mention a Deuce sedan... some mahogany, some ash, a boat builder...
Top Shelf stuff as always. Thanks.
Well Mister, I mean no offence ...
In my mind, one does not "look like an idiot" by mistaking model year.
...may be you're just not as keen on 40's mopars as I am...
No offense taken, I love a good critique and am open to correction any time.
I drew the car on a flight from LA to Omaha after an intense couple weeks of work. When I got home, I scanned and saved it with thee incorrect year on the file. Laziness on my part when I posted the other evening tells the rest of the story. I was going to sketch a ’42 as I love the elegance of that front end treatment, however, I really like the added character and styling of the ’41 so I went with it.
Now this is art
I surely agree...
Pity, that my wallet is nowhere near to my taste in art...
