I know alot of the stuff I do, probably doesn't fit the hamb mold, but my inspirations usually do. Some of the designs are taken from tattoos and cars and the culture of the traditional enthusiast. Here are a few shots of some custom denim distressing and patchwork jobs I've done. Pardon the branding, I have been prepping all of my photo's for my website.

I shot this last night as I was burning some boxes that some parts came in. I kinda like the look that the glow from the fire gave it.

Then I tried to get a shot of the flames...

I'm always in awe of the FAS. I have a ton of ideas and inspiration, but no skills. I have decided today that I need to start learning. To All: Thanks for the inspiration!!

Killer work from everyone as usual. I feel lucky to get to post my stuff here. Caddy air cleaner and a '55 NAPCO 4x4 I lettered and striped for some friends.

  10. Thanks to all who replied to my earlier offer. I now have only three sets of templates available. Here is my newest piece of artwork, my rendition of the 'motel 66' sign . Pieces were cut with the laser and then painted and assembled. Sign is about 17" x 20".

I just want to say DAMN. Surfmonkey and ewt2 ... you guys just raised the pencils bar so high I think I'm going to just jab one in my eye and get it over with. Shit...

On that note, I don't have anything new to contribute, but I stumbled across a couple drawings/doodles I did a few years ago and thought you might enjoy them.

Great Googly-Moogly!!!! How freakin' long did that take???? My little ol' pencil sketch I threw in this week looks sad on the same board with this. Holy Crap!

  18. Here's another rod I've been working, same method as the last one I posted yesterday. Pencil line art, scanned, FreeHand MX for the hard edge line work and colour, then composed with water colour elements and textures in Painter.[IMG]

  19. ewt2, that is the most breath taking pencil work I've seen in a long, long time!!!

I found some old sketches drawn on tracing paper, hence the yellowing. (circa 1984)

Hey Jigger nice "Mock up" for the Acrylic test. Is that leopard skin?

I just bought an acrylic set and have been messing with it. Love the non-toxic paints.

Here is my 1st ever acrylic painting of a diamond T truck I am gonna build someday.
