These Friday Art Shows are almost unbelievable! What amazing work. It's really hard to believe the quality and originality shown here. The stuff is simply stunning, and it just seems to go on and on.

Okay, you're thinking this guy is a bit over the top - he must want something. (-:

Well, you'd be partially correct (however, I'm totally serious about the super artwork here). In addition to the well deserved compliments, I'm making another pitch for artwork donations for the "Silent Auction" at the upcoming HAMB drags.

You'll (hopefully) recall from last week's note that the Silent Auction proceeds now go to a HAMBer who has a special need - to be selected by Ryan hisself. That means your donated piece will go to an super-groovy cause.

If you call yourself a HAMBer, it's the RIGHT THING to do.

Here's the plan. If you have flat artwork (drawings, paintings, photos, posters, signs, or whatever), forward them to me and I'll see that they get properly mounted for display and won't get damaged. Best to send your stuff in a sturdy cardboard tube if possible. Otherwise, pack them well, with plenty of support so they don't get bent.

My address is: Stan Weber (aka stan292)
    29401 Golden Pond Road
    Firth, NE 68358

If you have "3-D" stuff (bowling pins, shift knobs, toilet seats, tiki mugs, handmade car/bike models, already framed photos or art, and so forth), send them to blacktopbuddha:

    His address is: Bill Owecke
    2444 Missouri St.
    Lawrence KS 66046

O.K. Time to get crackin' and pull something bitchin' from your stash. It'll be HAMB Drags time before you know it!

    THANKS !

Any chance the roadster is modeled after El Jefe's "Survivor" roadster out of Waco Texas? Sure looks like it!
Until now, my favorite was your self portrait, and I still love it, but MAN, YOU HAVE REALLY GONE OVER THE TOP! ABSOLUTELYFUCKIN'FANTASTIC!!!!! I'm blown away............................

Absolutely killer work this week all. There is nothing here I wouldn't be proud to put on my wall. To bad I have nothing to ad this week.

Sorry I'm late folks... Busy week. ..shit, busy year.

Here is some art I've done in the last few months, and some cool pics I've taken across the country.

This picture is blurry, and por quality.. But I LOVE that the kid has ridding leather's from head to toe.. But is still sporting his DC shoes.

  29. Just got back from the Bottrop Kustom Kulture show in Germany:
Look what I spotted painted on a porcelain plate and put up for sale by a lovely Bettie from Berlin... poor girl turned all pale when I informed her that I was the original artist and that it was a commissioned piece... What was even funnier was that I was wearing the very Singlefinger Speed Shop T-shirt to prove it :p

  30. At Bottrop, I also spotted this complete rip-off from the logo and avatar of our own Eye Bone here on the HAMB...

...logo was on a VW van; Anybody from Europe know this guy?
