This is a commissioned piece, a V-Day gift from a girl to her guy:

This piece was born from a couple "mishaps". The frame was built from copper pull studs that were used to straighten my wrecked truck, and the wheels/fenders were sourced from the Honda...I was going off of the wrong pic when I originally put that together(http://www.flickr.com/photos/browndogwelding/5399657196/). When life hands you lemons...

Yee Haa, always look forward to the epic work on a Friday and this is not disapointing already. I pulled a bunch of my favorite shots together for an interview with burn-out.ca this week.

  10. Nice stuff guys! Gary and Zombie, I always love seeing new work from you two.
Thought I would add to the pool with some stuff I've done in the past week.

I am not so sure, but I don’t think I will ever recover form the GNRS that I just got home from. If you were there and saw the Then and Now, A Historic Gathering and the Suede Palace and the alley behind it (as well a select other choice vehicles in the other buildings) then you know what I mean. Great art work all you Gals and Guys. Slim

    I created this thread as well...enjoy. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=556539

Looks like a great start this week.
    Love the rat-Todd, bo-cool as well, garyc-awesome!!
Here is my first piece of art for 2011. Been busy working on the house and had a few minutes to knock out something. It is a 5"x7" scratchboard. I may get brave and put some color on it, not sure yet. I plan on making some more soon. Hope you enjoy. Nate Grice

    Great work everybody!

Only 8am and already 3 pages deep...and too many names to retype, great stuff from everyone. I don't think I have posted any new work on here in over a year...but I just finished this piece.

First compliment goes to the new kid on the block ej1928 for his hip 34 truck model, nice work bro, good to see a new showing. Jigger rocks again, and the Norwell cutaway coupes are faves forever. All offerings are offf the hook and a big Thanx to all who displayed, just floored that we have this art community here on the H.A.M.B. have a great superbowl weekend everyone. High on art and lovin it. I am being naughty and showing my license plate topper that was a fund raising thing done by the merchants in my home town for new band uniforms, it is my parents business, year is 1956 ~sololobo~

Most times I like these "unfinished" works more than a finished piece - They allow me to see so much more - Again this is coming from an individual that can't draw a line of any shape or color
