From this one picture, can anyone ascertain if the frame in the right hand side is a Model A? or is it a T or something...I am not too familiar with frames yet.. thanks
Looks like Model A with those brake drums. I was looking more at what looks to be a REO truck in the background.
Well,it kinda sorta looks like the back end of my Model A frame but that isn't much to go on. Looking at the photos of this frame before he cut it they look close to the same. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...U-mUbHaAsrCigKlvYHQCQ&ved=0CE8Q9QEwAw&dur=921
Yeah, it's a Model A. To find out specifics, look at the front crossmember: If it's got 2 beads pressed in it (in the rear half, behind the spring channel; they go from front to rear, are 10" apart) then it's a '28-'29. Smooth crossmember is '30-'31. Scrape the top of the left frame rail from the CENTER crossmember forward about 16". There lies the frame number.
That looks dead-on Model A to me. It's worth a look. The way it's deep in the weeds like that does not give me warm fuzzies. Look for rust through & brittle spots. You may luck out with it though since it looks like at least the rear suspension is keeping the rear crossmember out of the mud.
