    Oh yea, and the fuel hand pump, and the screen door springs on the fuel tank! Fantastic.

    Great story. The car belongs in a museum. This article makes you wonder how many old cars are out there. Also the knowledge that came and gone with these pioneers of the sport we love. If it wasn't for the trials and errors of these pioneers we would not be able to do over 300 miles per hour. great story, it would be cool to get more of these pieces of history out of barns to preserve the history. Great story. Thank you for sharing this Rembrandt.

    anyone here remember the corn huskers speedway in lincoln ne.? i have an old flt. head dragster that i bought in demoin io. in 1975 that had c. husker stickers on it . i would like to get info on car, owner? builder? etc?
