I go up to French lake Auto Parts ( and alliance vendor also) in Annandale Minnesota quite often as they have a ton of cars and parts, i always find what i need (and more!) a few months ago i was talking to Skip and he told me about a stash of cars he might be buying, some to be sold and lots to be added to the yard for parts, a couple weeks ago he told me that a deal was mostly struck and they were going to start loading and bringing cars back to the yard, he had showed me a rough list of cars that were there and i had spotted a 35 ford coupe, and told him id probably be interested and to let me know. so the other day he called me and said come take a look at the coupe and see what your think, by the time i got there they had found a second car, so a deal was struck.

Well anyways it sounds like its about 250 cars, lots of 40s and 50s mopars, desoto and chrysler airflows (about 8 of them) lots of packards, hudsons, kiasers some chevys and few later fords, the bulk is mopor, desotos, chryslers, plymouths and dodges, some 300 letters cars, imperials, some desoto adventures with the 2x4, lots and lots of hemis and hemi cars, also 3 46-48 chrysler town and countrys, and lincoln mark II, a kiaser dragon, a ferrari, some mgs and edsel wagon, thats all i can thing of off the top of my head.oh, a 42 chrysler coupe, supose to be only one know of at the moment. lots and lots of cars. he has a couple of customers that are interested in a large lot of vehicles so he really doesnt all know whats going to be available or whats going to be added to the yard but soon enough he will, and if i do hear or get a list ill add it to this.

heres a few pics of some of the cars.

Some are some arent, its all over the board, in one of the pics you see a trailor loaded with 5 cars, he has to make sure the car on top is decent so it wont fall apart!

Im not a huge mopar fan but there are some really really neat ones, i really dig the 42 desots with the hide away headlights, theres a 3 window coupe out there itd be neat.

Skip goes by 396skip here on the hamb, you could probably send him a pm if your see something you like, but i dont think he can sell much or know whats going to be availabe till around the 16th, so he might not have an answer, i also dont think he has it all totally cataloged so you have to give him some time to get it in order, its a huge undertaking and will take some time.

It must be a 58, its got the boomerang tailights, if you look in the pic of the town and country woodie convertible thing you can see it in the background.

Holy cow, nice find. Looks like the ground is turning to mush and swallowing some them up though. Looks like that Lincoln is sinking deep. Too bad if the chassis/body is now sitting on the ground, will be toast before long if not already far along.

  28. If you are talking about the 1920's 3 window coupe, it looks to be a 1926 Chrysler Model '58'.
