Found a 38 ford in NE...would you be intrested ?

Have been looking for ages for 38 ford deluxe parts and especially a set of hood sides. Now have found a 38 deluxe in NE, is almost all complete with title, the only thing is i can only get together almost half the money at the moment.

Would any body be intrested in going in with me to buy this car ? I only need 4 parts of the car, hood sides ( i have a pair of 39 standard i can replace them with for free ) hood emblems and trim,steering wheel and running boards.

So that would leave almost a complete car with title.
