Does anyone know where I can get forged pistons for a 235 Chevy six? Can't seem to find any.
Is there another motor that uses compatible pistons maybe?

    Thanks,
    LT

  2. Ok I am no engine builder, but I think you would break the crank on an inline six before the cast pistons give you any trouble. Have you looked for hyperutechtic pistons? Good luck.

  3. We can make them at CP-CARRILLO. Ask for Mike. (929)567-9000.

Try J&E. They will make anything if they dont already have a pattern.

    Thanks guys.

Has anyone got experience of flatlander racing? They have high performance engine kits for the 235 that include forged pistons.

I have not. Who makes their pistons? Ross advertises inline pistons in stock. As i said, I ran Aries in my 6 but I have used Ross in my "G" motor and they are both fine.

Going by the website it looks like the kits use wiseco or mahle pistons. They do advertise Ross and Arias on the homepage though.

I will speak to Ross directly to see what they can suggest for a blown 235.
