Anybody ever hear of a "Pappy" Flowers who drove a thunderbolt at Freedom 7 dragway in Virginia Beach, VA?
A list of 17 x $1.00 cars, from 1964.
Ford's loss on each Thunderbolt built was $1,807.34. Back in the day, anyone theoretically with a spare $3,780 (Additional $200.00 for automatic) could walk into a Ford dealership and order a Thunderbolt. Haven't times changes.
