I have a '65 T-Bird. I would like to redo the wheel but it has some issues. Some cracks and a chip and the horn ring is pretty pitted. Obviously I could just get a new wheel but I'm wondering if other T-Bird or Ford wheels from that era would fit?

    Thanks ahead.

You may have one that can be restored.

Well, I can tell you a wheel from a 59 Tbird will fit on a 65 Tbird. I have one from our 59 sitting on one of our 65s right now. I would think any Ford wheel with the same spline count should fit. Before I put that wheel on there I had a wheel I pulled from our Model A on it. The Model A was running a Ford F-100 col and shaft.

But with a bit of time you can fix alot of cracks.

I know most anything is "fixable" but do I want to put that much time and money into it? I found a real nice '60, looks pretty good. Also found a Chrysler square wheel which I really like. Does Grant make adapter to mate the Chrysler to the Ford?
