Looked around in the FE discussion, didn't see any mention of a source for the Aluminum water pumps. I guess my first question should be; any stock application with the light weight pumps? As for the aftermarket, is one better that another? Thanks all.
To my knowledge, Ford never used an aluminum water pump on a production FE motor. They did cast some for Shelby and the GT40 project, but you're not likely find any of those...
Try Flowkooler. They make 2 different ones for FE motors. Good product. I have one on my 351W stroker that is 392 cu in and very happy with it. Bill
Well Flowkooler didn't have an Aluminum one so I bit the Bullet and bought the Edelbrock Thanks for your input.
