ford clutch and pressure plate for a 322 nailhead ?

    Hey all,

    I'm in the process of piecing together my rod driveline, I have a 322, offy nailhead to ford adapter, schiefer flywheel and ford 4 speed toploader.
    I just need to select a clutch/pressure plate/fork that is going to work with this combo.
    The flywheel is drilled for a long type ford 11" pressure plate, I am assuming that I have to go this way so that it all works without messing about? Or is there a diaphragm alternative that I can use instead?

  2. I just went to the parts store and found a modern 11" diaphragm Ford set up that had the same bolt pattern as the Long Style.

    This worked for my 322 Nailhead and did the same on my 331 caddy and then just swapped the disc to an 11" Chevy one to match my new trans
