Ford aod trans adjustment

I put a aod in my 65 ford pickup. I've got the tv rod not the lokar cable. carbs a holley street avenger. I got my oil pressure gauge handy, and i know which port to use.And 35 lbs is suggested pressure correct? I know im suppose to open the carb wide open ,whats the word on the adjustment on the tv arm?thanks fellas i don't want to burn it up
