what wheel diameters can i run on a ford 9" rear end?

Any you want to and what car would that 9 inch be going under?

 

you don't want to go smaller than 13" do you? I guess 13" to 24" (ugg)

 

13, 14, 15, and so on
Although find 13" 5 bolt might be pretty tough

 

Lowriders do it all the time. Might be hard to find a 13" with a 5 on 5.5" pattern, but a 13" with 5 on 4.5" pattern is cake.
